BRIEF
Goodwills Soccer Academy offers soccer coaching at the grassroots and youth levels in Ludhiana, India for students up to the age of 18. Their football training methodology provides a nurturing environment for aspiring students, where they can feel empowered to chase their footballing passion both mentally and physically.
SOLUTION
Design Rationale
Derived from different circles, this identity symbolises a rising sun - for power, growth and health. The sunrise depicts a ray of hope exactly what ‘Goodwills Academy’ offers to it's students. The sun forms an infinity symbol with the blackbucks halo depicting endless possibilities and limitlessness in sports. Blackbuck is the state animal of Punjab and has immense cultural value amongst localites.
Yellow and green are two colors that represent life and growth. While blue symbolizes inspiration, wisdom and health. Together it’s a great colour combination depicting the lush green landscapes and water body of Punjab. 'Bebas Neue' a modern sans-serif bold font with the familiar clean lines, elegant shapes, a blend of technical straightforwardness and simple warmth which make it uniformly proper for web and print was chosen for the brand identity.
